- Do I submit documentation with my MLM request? Additional documentation is not required for your MLM service.
- Should I submit a request if I am already a Mayflower Society member? If you are already a member of The Mayflower Society, we encourage you to reach out to your Society Historian for guidance on submitting a supplemental application.
*Direct descent means that you are descended directly from a Mayflower passenger through their child, grandchild, great-grandchild, great-great-grandchild, etc.
